PeopleBiz is an employment resources package that contains the key components that small to medium size organisations require. The package includes a suite of documents which link together and reference each other. The package includes:
- a Human Resources Manual
- Employment Agreements for casual, fixed term and permanent staff
- Letters of Offer
- a Health and Safety Manual
Human Resources Manual
PeopleBiz includes a complete Human Resources Manual which covers all the key policies you would need in your organisation. From hiring staff, to annual leave management, this manual is designed to address the key HR issues in an easy to use format.
Employment Agreements
PeopleBiz provides template employment agreements for casual, fixed term and permanent staff.
Letters of Offer
PeopleBiz provides template letters of offer which accompany the applicable employment agreement. The letters contain key variables which you can change depending on the role you are appointing for. Attached to the letters are also outlines of position descriptions which you can use to create position descriptions applicable to the position.
Health and Safety Manual
Health and Safety is important but can be time consuming. PeopleBiz includes an innovative Wall Chart which guides organisations through the essential requirements of health and safety on a monthly basis. This ensures that organisations are meeting their health and safety requirements without taking up more time than is necessary. The Wall Chart has become an essential component of the product for existing customers.
Updates
Updates are made automatically to your product and notification will be sent to you via email to advise of the specific changes and that a new package is available for download. Customers are responsible for carrying forward any specific customisations they have made to the documents. If required, Biz Essentials can assist with making these changes for you. We will discuss this with you and advise whether there is any additional cost involved.

Please note all prices exclude GST.

Notes:
- Updates are payable by either direct debit on a monthly basis or an annual payment of $500.
- There is a minimum charge of $250 for customising PeopleBiz. This reflects the average time of two hours to customise PeopleBiz for a small to medium size organisation. If more than two hours are required, you will be provided with a quote based on a charge-out rate of $125 per hour. Typically, customisation for a larger organisation will require four or more hours.
Suitability
As a template package, the PeopleBiz has been designed specifically for an environment which is primarily office based. For example, without modification it would not suit a laboratory environment where specific health and safety standards are required to be met. It is also not suitable for organisations that require a collective employment agreement.
